“I’ve always been drawn to the fantastical, the bizarre and the gloriously unreal. My drawings explore nature — not as it is, but as I imagine it could be. I borrow patterns and forms from the natural world, tinker with them and let them bloom into a fairytale universe of flora, fauna, insects, trees, and creatures that don’t exist yet. Details and patterns are where I get hooked, and everything spirals from there.”
